![]() In the three most recent mainline installments to The Elder Scrolls franchise, there has been a book called "Mysterious Akavir." While the author is unknown, it provides details about The Elder Scrolls' Akavir continent, a place that has yet to be shown in any game. ![]() For that reason, it is very likely that Skyrim continued this trend in predicting The Elder Scrolls 6's next antagonist. In Oblivion, a Blades faction member named Cyrus claims that they will bide their time "until the next Dragonborn arises." While more subtle than the Morrowind prediction, it still serves the same purpose by predicting the rise of the Dragonborn in Skyrim. In Morrowind, an NPC named Eno Romari directly predicts that the Daedra will invade Tamriel, which is a nod to Oblivion's main plot. It has actually happened multiple times, most notably in The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion. This would not be the first time that the plot of a future The Elder Scrolls game would be spoiled by its predecessor.
